Dutch in origin, she’s lived and worked in 4 different continents and currently is based in Dubai. She supports leaders and professionals around the world in their personal development to get more out of life and make a bigger impact on the people and the world around them.
For leadership teams she designs and facilitates transformative development journeys across multi-cultural levels that drive high-performance.
Cath holds an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD Business School (EMCCC) where she graduated with distinction. She is a certified professional coach (CPCC) since 2013 and a certified BASI Pilates Teacher (2019).
