Jenica is a nurse by profession and started her career in medicin working as a nurse for both hospitals and corporates. As a corporate nurse Jenica soon realised that her motivation came from working with people in a corporate context and she directed her career to that of HR within the same organisation. She advanced quickly within HR culminating in an HR Manager role for a company of 400 plus employees. Jenica relocated to UAE in 2015 with the clear vision of further pursuing an international career in HR. With an experience of over 300 successful placements, Jenica naturally decided to focus on Executive Search and has been working as a Research Consultant for over two years given her an extensive network in the region and an advanced eye for cultural fits and top talent.
